Responsibilities
Document and structure automation flows, process designs, and digital initiatives using tools like Sharepoint or Confluence; build and maintain internal playbooks; support quality assurance and testing of automation flows and AI use cases; coordinate webinars for existing customers; produce internal content showcasing projects; assist program managers with stakeholder coordination, progress tracking, and preparing educational digital touchpoints; maintain dashboards to track performance and project status.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in business, communications, information management, or related fields; strong autonomy and rapid learning ability; hands-on approach to testing and improving processes; structured and clear documentation skills; proactive and resourceful mindset; strong written communication skills in English (C1 level). Additional language skills (German, French, Italian, or Spanish) and experience with tools like Salesforce or HubSpot are a plus.
