Responsibilities

Lead and execute strategies to achieve over €1 million in monthly order intake and scale revenue to beyond €15 million annually. Directly manage complex industrial sales deals (€100k+), oversee pipeline health, conversion rates, and sales execution. Build and develop high-performing sales and marketing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Align sales and marketing into a cohesive revenue organization, optimize sales processes, introduce KPIs, and improve forecasting accuracy. Collaborate with executive leadership to define growth priorities, target markets, and scalable commercial strategies.

Qualifications

Proven success in closing high-value B2B sales deals (€100k+), with a strong track record in revenue growth and demand generation. Experienced player-coach leader capable of coaching, mentoring, and developing sales and marketing teams. Skilled in operational excellence, sales funnel management, CRM discipline, and navigating dynamic, fast-paced business environments. Strategic commercial thinker with the ability to confidently make decisions, challenge assumptions, and align stakeholders. Fluent English required; no German language requirement specified.
