Responsibilities

Develop and execute go-to-market sales strategy for advertising technology solutions in EMEA. Manage end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, business case development, technical validation, negotiation, and contract closure. Build expertise in retail media monetization and act as trusted advisor. Establish and maintain senior-level relationships with key decision makers. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and coordinate with cross-functional teams for deal progression and onboarding.

Qualifications

Proven sales track record in ad-tech, retail media, or SaaS with consistent quota over-achievement. Deep understanding of marketplace and advertising ecosystems including DSPs and data-driven advertising. Strong strategic sales planning, solution selling, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent negotiation and influencing abilities. Fluent English (C2 level) required; German, French or Dutch skills are a plus.
