Responsibilities
Drive media rights sales across European markets to meet and exceed revenue targets; develop and execute business development strategies to grow partnerships; build and manage sales pipelines generating leads among broadcasters, OTT platforms, and digital media companies; lead client presentations, pitches, and negotiations through contract execution; maintain strong relationships with broadcasters, sports federations, leagues, and rights holders; support the acquisition and management of sports media rights; collaborate with product, content, and commercial teams to incorporate market needs into product development and go-to-market strategies; monitor industry trends and competitive activities to identify opportunities and inform business decisions.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, business development, or commercial partnerships within sports media rights, broadcasting, sports technology, or related fields; strong understanding of global sports media ecosystem including rights acquisition and distribution models; established network in sports, media, or digital content sectors; demonstrated success in developing business opportunities and closing complex deals; excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills; strong commercial acumen and a proactive, results-oriented mindset; ability to work independently and in international teams; solid understanding of digital and streaming media landscapes; fluent English is required; additional European languages are highly desirable.
