Responsibilities

Hire, onboard, and ramp a team of 6-8 sales Associate Account Executives to meet revenue targets. Design, deliver, and improve sales training and enablement workshops. Drive consistent operational cadence through meetings to align and motivate the team. Collaborate with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Strategy, and Enablement to ensure alignment. Continuously refine associate processes and strategies, identifying and implementing improvements. Act as a strategic partner to sales leadership to drive talent development and pipeline generation.

Qualifications

2+ years managing a sales development team in a SaaS company. 1-3+ years experience in a quota-carrying account executive role with a proven record of achieving KPIs. Strong ability in cross-functional initiative management, a passion for coaching and mentoring, data analysis skills, excellent written and oral communication abilities, operational rigor, and willingness to challenge the status quo. Must be willing to work in-office 4 days per week.
