Responsibilities
Support execution of customer contracts from signature through delivery and payment; coordinate order processing, production planning, shipment and delivery follow-up; monitor and communicate order status; assist sales teams with commercial and technical documentation; maintain accurate data in CRM and ERP systems; collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Logistics, Finance, Technical, Customer Service, and Headquarters; participate in meetings and business activities as needed; contribute to continuous improvement of sales support processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Logistics, Economics, Renewable Energy, or related field; minimum 2 years experience in inside sales, sales operations, commercial operations, or customer service; familiarity with renewable energy, solar, manufacturing or industrial sectors is advantageous; strong understanding of order management and contract administration; fluent in English and Chinese (C1 level); proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM, and ERP systems; strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams; willingness for occasional travel within Europe.
