Responsibilities
Lead EMEA Creative Studio to adapt global marketing strategies into regionally relevant visual content. Manage multi-channel campaigns, localized collateral, and trade show materials while ensuring brand consistency. Collaborate with regional marketing, sales, and product teams to support pipeline generation. Direct external contractors and agencies, optimize creative workflows, and present design solutions to senior leadership. Develop and evolve brand guidelines for EMEA markets and leverage AI design and project management tools.
Qualifications
6+ years of relevant graphic design experience preferably in B2B or regional marketing. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field. Strong project, time, and budget management skills managing multiple priorities. Excellent presentation and collaborative skills working with regional stakeholders and executives. Experience with enterprise software and AI-driven design platforms. Experience in web design, digital ad execution, and localization is advantageous.
