Responsibilities
Support founders on sales, growth, and business development; identify and engage consultants, SAP integrators, boutique consultancies, and enterprise transformation leads; run outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, cold calls; support enterprise sales targeting DAX 40 and Fortune 500 companies; build and improve sales workflows using AI agents, automation, no-code tools, scripts, LLMs, and APIs; communicate with technical stakeholders; learn SAP and enterprise software ecosystem; create outreach sequences, sales materials, and perform market research; automate repetitive manual tasks; assist with go-to-market, operations, research, and execution.
Qualifications
1 to 3 years experience in B2B sales, consulting, startups or early-stage environments; strong self-starter mindset; excellent communication skills including cold calling; hands-on experience with AI agents, automation and no-code platforms; willingness to quickly learn SAP and enterprise software; comfortable engaging technical and senior stakeholders; background in consulting, SAP, enterprise software or digital transformation preferred; startup and enterprise sales experience beneficial; basic programming skills a plus; experience with LLMs, APIs, and AI automation workflows favorable; based in Berlin and able to work on-site six days per week.
