Responsibilities

Lead and develop the EMEA sales organization, including recruiting and coaching a high-performing team. Drive sustainable revenue growth through new customer acquisition and expansion of existing relationships. Expand market presence by identifying new opportunities and supporting scalable go-to-market plans. Develop strategic customer relationships and manage major commercial opportunities. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, revenue operations, partnerships, simulation experts, and related business units to maximize commercial performance and continuously improve processes.

Qualifications

Proven success leading B2B sales teams in industrial software, industrial automation, manufacturing technology, or related industries. Demonstrated track record of revenue growth and managing geographically distributed sales organizations. Excellent coaching, leadership, commercial judgement, and strategic thinking skills. Experience with complex sales cycles, forecasting, pipeline management, and sales execution. Strong communication, negotiation, and executive relationship-building abilities. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional European languages, especially French or German, is highly desirable. Willingness to travel extensively across EMEA.
