Responsibilities

Own outbound prospecting across pharma and healthcare companies in Europe; identify and engage relevant decision-makers via email, LinkedIn, calls, and creative outreach; qualify inbound and outbound leads; schedule high-quality meetings for the sales team; build and maintain strong prospect relationships during the sales cycle; collaborate closely with Account Executives and founders on messaging and pipeline strategy; continuously improve outreach approaches and conversion rates; maintain accurate CRM data and report on performance; represent the company professionally in all interactions.

Qualifications

1-2 years experience in business development, sales development, or sales roles preferably at tech or SaaS companies; native or bilingual English skills; German language skills are a plus but not required; based in Berlin or willing to relocate; strong communication and relationship-building abilities; highly motivated, proactive, resilient with a passion for outbound sales and achieving targets; comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment; curiosity about healthcare, AI, and patient-centric care; experience with outbound tooling, CRM systems, or sales automation tools is advantageous.
