Responsibilities
Identify and qualify potential business opportunities by researching market trends and client needs in the staffing and recruiting industry. Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their recruitment needs and present suitable Gen Z candidates for go-to-market roles. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align on development strategies and ensure effective execution. Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to showcase partnership value. Track and report on sales metrics and activities, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and achieve revenue goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within staffing or recruiting. Strong understanding of Gen Z culture and values, with effective communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, with a record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
