Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong and long-term customer relationships; identify and develop new customers while expanding business with existing accounts; act as main contact for designated customer accounts; increase sales revenue and meet targets; conduct meetings with clients and partners onsite and remotely; understand client needs to develop tailor-made scalable proposals; oversee end-to-end account performance; support account management and pre-sales teams; coach junior team members; proactively suggest projects and explore new markets; adopt company principles and report issues transparently.

Qualifications

5-8 years of experience in IT consulting, pre-sales, or sales roles; proven background in account management or customer success; experience in automotive industry is highly advantageous; familiarity with large industrial conglomerates; strong knowledge of EU legislation and best practices in Data and AI Security; solid project management skills using relevant tools; experience working in cross-cultural international teams; excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus; highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities; autonomous, assertive, collaborative, stress-resistant, creative, and proactive; valid driver's license required.
