Responsibilities
Manage entire sales cycle from customer retention to upselling and cross-selling. Present product suite to existing customers, build and nurture strategic partnerships across customer levels including C-level. Identify expansion opportunities and work with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success. Participate in customer retention initiatives and strategic events.
Qualifications
Several years of experience in account management or related SaaS sales. Proven ability to retain and grow accounts, build key customer relationships across different decision-maker levels, and execute sales strategies. Strong communication and business fluency in English essential. Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team. Strong business acumen, multitasking, and time management skills, with resilience and customer obsession.
