Responsibilities

Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close, with a focus on generating new ARR. Identify and prioritize target accounts, develop relationships with key decision-makers, run discovery calls and multi-stakeholder meetings to understand business needs, lead commercial negotiations and contract management, maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts in CRM, collaborate with marketing and sales teams for lead handover, represent the company at events, organize pipeline generation activities, capture market intelligence, and work with leadership to refine go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications

2-4+ years of experience closing deals in B2B SaaS or high-growth startup environments. Proven ability to run discovery sessions, deliver product demos, lead negotiations, and manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals independently. Proficient with CRM tools such as HubSpot and skilled in disciplined pipeline management. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging clearly. Self-motivated, structured, with commercial instinct and the capability to forecast accurately. Professional English required; knowledge of German, Italian, French or Spanish is a plus.
