Responsibilities
Shape and execute company strategy and growth plans with the Chief of Staff. Build and manage board-level presentations, performance tracking, and executive reporting from conception to delivery. Lead strategic initiatives across multiple departments from problem framing to execution. Navigate complex cross-functional challenges and engage with senior leadership decision-making. Proactively identify and propose new initiatives starting from day one.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a Business, Economics, Management or related degree program, ranking in the top 20% of class. Previous internship or equivalent experience in management consulting, high-growth startups, or strategic roles with measurable impact. Strong analytical and conceptual problem-solving abilities. Hands-on experience with agentic AI tools is required. Ability to take full ownership of projects from day one and operate effectively in ambiguity. Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory; German language skills are a plus.
