Responsibilities
Manage and expand a portfolio of VIP clients including HNWIs, family offices, institutional traders, and crypto funds ensuring long-term engagement and satisfaction; lead onboarding, retention, and relationship growth activities; drive revenue via increased trading volumes and cross-selling spot, derivatives, OTC, and Web3 products; develop and execute regional strategies across focus markets; coordinate internally with product, compliance, and operations teams to address client needs; collect and relay market intelligence to support product and strategic decisions.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in relationship management, private banking, institutional sales, brokerage, fintech, or crypto-related financial services; proven success managing high-value client portfolios impacting revenue growth; familiarity with African, Swiss, or Pakistan fintech/crypto markets is highly desirable; solid understanding of crypto trading products including spot, derivatives, options, staking; proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; fluency in English required, with additional languages like French, Arabic, German, Swahili, Hausa, Afrikaans, Urdu, or Punjabi considered advantageous.
