Responsibilities
Perform front-office duties including customer check-ins and check-outs, guest registration, payment processing, explaining vehicle functionalities, and upselling extras. Manage back-office operations such as aligning reservations with vehicle availability, preparing campervans and travel kits, and performing quality control to ensure vehicles are in excellent condition. Support fleet coordination, monitor stock levels, and troubleshoot operational issues.
Qualifications
Currently a student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, Business Administration, or related field. Fluent in English with a valid driver's license for manual and automatic vehicles. Strong customer service orientation, excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving mindset, and ability to thrive in an international, fast-paced environment.
