Responsibilities
Take ownership of international sales success beyond current locations; identify market opportunities and convert insights into results; lead and motivate an international sales team across various locations; manage team performance, engagement, and development; support growth via market entries, pre-openings, and strategic commercial initiatives; collaborate closely with Revenue, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience; challenge current practices and contribute to shaping the company's future.
Qualifications
Completed training in hospitality or degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field; minimum three years experience in sales and/or account management with team leadership responsibilities; passion for hospitality and relationship building; strategic and entrepreneurial mindset; confident working across international markets and cultures; data-driven approach with curiosity to challenge norms; fluent English required; good German skills preferred.
