Responsibilities
Review, challenge, and improve existing warranty and services processes and products to optimize costs and customer satisfaction; collaborate with Product, Tech, Legal, Finance teams and external partners; develop critical business skills including analysis, project management, and stakeholder communication; establish financial targets and cost-controlling procedures for extended warranty and maintenance subscriptions; design training materials; optimize product content; increase revenue through targeted management and renewal initiatives.
Qualifications
Up to 5 years of relevant experience in automotive warranty and/or maintenance contracts management, preferably with a recognized insurer or OEM captive in an international context; completed degree in business administration, engineering, computer science, finance or equivalent; advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets; full professional proficiency in English; autonomy with demonstrated ability to work with senior stakeholders; strong analytical and prioritization skills; motivated to achieve impactful results beyond standard working hours.
