Responsibilities

Scout and prioritize European, national, and private funding opportunities; lead and coordinate development of grant proposals including concept creation, bid writing, budgeting, and partner engagement; collaborate with diverse stakeholders to build consortia; plan transition of awarded projects to implementation; maintain opportunity pipelines and dashboards; support reporting and monitoring of active funded projects; work cross-functionally within the organization; participate in post-project reviews for learning.

Qualifications

Master’s degree or higher in business administration, innovation management, life sciences, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience; proven expertise in managing European and other innovation funding applications and consortia; strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; proficiency with EU Funding and Tenders Portal; experience creating and maintaining tracking tools for proposal pipelines; fluency in English required, additional European languages advantageous; ability to work autonomously in a remote-first, fast-paced environment; willingness to travel within Europe periodically.
