Responsibilities
Manage the entire sales cycle including prospecting, demos, negotiations, and closing. Develop long-term customer relationships through onboarding, retention, and upselling. Build and optimize sales infrastructure such as CRM and outreach workflows. Collaborate with leadership to refine customer profiles and sales strategies. Maintain pipeline visibility and revenue forecasting. Gather customer insights to influence product development. Identify new business opportunities in performance marketing and related sectors.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of B2B SaaS sales experience in performance marketing, affiliate networks, lead generation, or call center environments. Proven success with outbound sales and pipeline generation. Experience managing complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder deals in recurring revenue models. Strong understanding of KPIs like CPL, EPC, and ROAS. Skilled in implementing CRM and sales prospecting strategies. Comfortable in fast-paced, high-ownership settings. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Familiarity with AI-powered tools and communications infrastructure is a plus. Existing network in performance marketing is beneficial.
