Responsibilities
Prepare, process, and track customer quotations, sales orders, and contracts ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Maintain and improve the CRM system, sales data, and pipeline reporting. Coordinate between sales, customers, and internal departments including Engineering, Program Management, and Production. Support pricing, bid preparation, and commercial documentation in line with global guidelines. Monitor order status, delivery schedules, and customer commitments to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction. Prepare sales presentations, reports, and analyses for management and regional meetings. Report to the VP Global Sales and contribute to ongoing improvement of sales processes and tools.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales support, sales operations, or order management within an international industrial or manufacturing environment is preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills with a detail-oriented and structured working style. Proficient in CRM and ERP systems as well as Microsoft Office. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in German and other languages is advantageous. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive, hands-on attitude and problem-solving mindset.
