Responsibilities
Take ownership of international sales success beyond current hotel locations; identify and act on market opportunities; lead and develop a diverse sales team across locations; manage team performance and engagement; drive market entries, pre-openings, and strategic commercial projects; collaborate with Revenue, Marketing, and Operations teams; innovate and challenge existing working methods to contribute to company growth.
Qualifications
Completed hospitality industry training or degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or similar; minimum three years' experience in sales and/or account management with proven team leadership; passion for hospitality and building meaningful business relationships; strategic thinker with entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable working across international markets and cultures; data-driven with a willingness to challenge the status quo; fluent in English; German language skills are advantageous.
