Responsibilities

Qualifications

2 to 4 years experience in Corporate Development, M&A, strategy consulting, or similar roles; direct experience managing complex company-level initiatives such as M&A transactions and post-merger integration; strong skills in project scoping and structure; ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams; excellent stakeholder communication and alignment skills; fluent English communication; high ownership and deadline adherence; active use of AI tools in professional work.
