Responsibilities

Own and continuously improve the HR technology ecosystem including systems like HRIS, ATS, LMS, and engagement platforms. Drive AI adoption and workflow automation across the employee lifecycle. Build self-service tools and dashboards to enhance employee and manager experience. Collaborate with People Operations and leadership to identify opportunities for automation and system enhancements. Manage technical requirements, system configurations, testing, and rollout of new tools. Maintain data governance, accuracy, and reporting standards including metrics on attraction, onboarding, development, retention, and engagement. Act as internal product owner for HR systems and maintain operational excellence and compliance.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Technology, HRIS management, or People Operations with significant responsibility over HR systems. Proven expertise in designing and implementing automation solutions using no-code/low-code platforms and direct API integration. Solid understanding of data modeling and business intelligence tools. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Product mindset with focus on impactful outcomes. Enthusiasm and knowledge for responsible AI use in HR automation. Fluency in English required; German language skills not mandatory.
