Responsibilities
Establish and expand the UK subsidiary; develop and implement market-specific sales strategies; acquire and manage customer relationships; recruit, lead, and develop a local sales, marketing, and customer success team; represent the company at trade fairs, universities, and industry events; build and maintain relationships with authorities, industry associations, and educational institutions; manage budget, controlling, and legal compliance within the UK; provide regular sales performance reports and market feedback to headquarters.
Qualifications
Completed degree in civil engineering; at least seven years of relevant professional experience in structural analysis/design or sales/support of CAD/FEM software; excellent knowledge of the British construction software market, ideally including CAD, FEM, or BIM; very good English language skills; entrepreneurial mindset with initiative and hands-on mentality; willingness to travel regularly within the UK and occasionally to Germany.
