Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze operational KPIs; engage with stakeholders to review data and ensure target achievement. Define and prioritize short- and long-term improvement actions aligned with company strategy. Implement solutions by coordinating EU-wide internal resources and stakeholders. Fully own diverse projects from setup to evaluation, contributing ideas and assessing outcomes for further improvement. Act as the primary contact for local Operations teams and other departments to clarify processes and targets.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field. Practical experience in Business Development, Project Management, or Operations. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to build structure. Adaptability with a sense of responsibility and initiative, able to work independently. Strong analytical skills with ability to derive actionable insights from large data sets. Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
