Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze operational KPIs, engage with stakeholders to review performance, identify trends, and achieve targets. Define and prioritize improvement actions aligned with company goals such as centralized tool implementation and process enhancements. Coordinate internal resources EU-wide for successful project rollouts. Own projects from setup through execution and evaluation. Serve as the point of contact for local Operations and other departments to clarify processes and targets.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related fields. Practical experience in Business Development, Project Management, or Operations. Organized with attention to detail and strong structure-building capabilities. Adaptable, responsible, initiative-taking, and independent worker. Strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights from large datasets; proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
