Responsibilities

Qualifications
Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent initial experience in customer-facing service roles; strong affinity for digital products and basic interest in financial markets; passion for delivering positive customer experiences and quick, helpful solutions; reliable team player able to work independently in a dynamic environment; fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken); German skills are a plus.
