Salary

USD 180000.00 - 220000.00 year

Responsibilities

Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline targets across EMEA and APAC aligned with sales and growth objectives; Develop and execute regional partnership strategies focusing on cloud providers, consultancies, and technology alliances; Build and maintain executive-level relationships with strategic partners to strengthen collaboration; Launch co-sell initiatives with major cloud ecosystems; Design joint go-to-market programs including co-marketing and partner-led services; Establish partner enablement frameworks including onboarding and training; Monitor partnership performance and optimize strategies; Represent the organization at regional industry events and advocate for local market needs.

Qualifications

5-8 years' experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, or business development within technology, SaaS, AI, cloud, or enterprise software industries; Proven success managing partnerships across EMEA and/or APAC; Demonstrated track record in achieving pipeline and revenue targets; Experience developing executive relationships with global consultancies and cloud providers; Strong knowledge of cloud partnership programs and co-sell motions (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure); Solid understanding of AI, machine learning, and cloud technology landscapes; Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills; Strategic mindset with ability to balance planning and execution; Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments; Based in UK or Germany with willingness to travel internationally; Fluency in English required.
