Responsibilities

Manage order processing from receipt through to successful delivery and implementation involving multiple international markets (EU, APAC, NA). Act as liaison between distribution partners and internal departments. Coordinate with stakeholders such as Supply Chain Management and Sales to ensure logistics and commercial processes run smoothly. Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives. Maintain master data and current information within Salesforce CRM.

Qualifications

Completed commercial or technical education with initial experience in order management, sales, or a related field. Structured, goal-oriented working style with strong attention to detail. Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional European languages like Dutch or French is a plus. Proficient daily user of Salesforce CRM. Ability to independently manage order fulfillment processes and build cooperative relationships with internal and external partners.
