Responsibilities
Own and execute growth strategies and initiatives for assigned international markets to drive B2C and B2B revenue growth. Manage and scale influencer partnerships and negotiate partnership terms. Enhance brand visibility through PR and marketing campaigns. Identify, test, and scale new acquisition channels using data-driven methods. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and enterprise teams to generate qualified B2B leads and improve conversion processes. Maintain customer and market intelligence by conducting ongoing research and updating customer personas. Provide actionable market insights to support cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications
At least 5 years' experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, international market expansion, or similar commercial roles. Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills. Proven experience managing acquisition channels such as influencer marketing, partnerships, PR, and paid campaigns. Ability to manage projects end-to-end with both strategic and hands-on execution. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in diverse, cross-functional environments. Fluency in English at C1 level; additional languages are an advantage. Experience working across multiple international markets is desirable.
