Responsibilities

Create and maintain filing systems; prepare office correspondence; manage mail distribution; order and track HR supplies and forms; answer phone calls and record messages; create new employee personnel files; assist walk-in candidates with application procedures; maintain application areas accessible and well-kept; respond to questions and concerns regarding HR programs and policies; maintain confidentiality of employee records; ensure accurate employee data management; comply with company policies and standards; report workplace hazards and incidents; welcome and acknowledge guests per company standards; communicate clearly and professionally; support team goals; perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; at least 1 year of related work experience; no supervisory experience required; strong organizational and communication skills; ability to maintain confidentiality; proficiency with computers and point of sale systems; physical ability to handle objects up to 10 pounds; commitment to upholding company policies and fostering positive work relationships.
