Responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact for regional member hotels and maintain long-term partnerships. - Provide strategic consultation on using services and solutions. - Represent the brand and commercial strategy to hotel partners. - Develop and execute regional commercial strategies aligned with global goals. - Increase revenue performance across hotel portfolios. - Identify and secure new product and service opportunities. - Support contract renewals and negotiations. - Ensure contract compliance and value creation. - Support operational and integration initiatives with Marriott. - Act as communication bridge between hotels and stakeholders. - Collaborate across departments to ensure delivery of products and initiatives. - Monitor market trends and adapt commercial approaches accordingly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced qualification preferred. - Minimum 5 years of hospitality experience, preferably in sales, business development, or account management. - Proven experience managing hotel portfolios or key accounts at regional or global level. - Strong background with branded hotel systems; Marriott experience highly preferred. - Strong commercial, negotiation, and contract management skills. - Excellent presentation and stakeholder communication skills. - High financial literacy and revenue management understanding. - Ability to work independently across regions with frequent travel. - Fluency in English required; additional languages advantageous.
