Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer experiences via Email, WhatsApp, and Chat platforms. Learn company products and tools during onboarding. Suggest improvements and leverage AI tools to optimize workflows and guest satisfaction. Resolve customer issues efficiently and take ownership of process improvements after initial months in the role.

Qualifications

Strong English communication skills; knowledge of additional languages such as German, Spanish, Italian, or French is advantageous. Passion for delivering excellent guest experiences. Empathy, strong interpersonal and communication abilities. Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and innovate. Previous experience in the travel industry is beneficial but not mandatory.
