Responsibilities
Proactively identify and acquire new clients engaged in USD sell transactions using lead generation tactics including cold calling, networking, and industry events. Understand and address client needs related to FX risk management and netting services. Manage and forecast sales pipeline accurately through CRM systems. Build strong, lasting relationships with key client stakeholders such as CFOs and Finance Directors. Keep abreast of market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes. Collaborate internally with trading, operations, and marketing teams to ensure optimal client support. Negotiate and close deals to meet revenue targets. Provide regular sales activity and market insights reporting to management.
Qualifications
Proven B2B sales success, preferably in financial services. Strong understanding of FX risk management and netting solutions. Excellent skills in lead generation, communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship building. Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or a related field is preferred. Ability to communicate clearly in English is essential; additional proficiency in German or Dutch is a significant advantage.
