Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to source and close new enterprise customers within the DACH region. Navigate complex organizations to identify executive sponsors and build champions. Collaborate internally to advance deals and ensure customer success. Consistently meet or exceed ARR revenue targets. Utilize data-driven methods to create business justification and ROI reports. Manage proofs of concept aligned to business success criteria. Build and grow a scalable sales pipeline.
Qualifications
Minimum 6 years of direct field sales experience selling enterprise cloud software to large companies in Germany. Proven track record in large enterprise or major segment sales with complex deal closure. Experience engaging and selling to C-level executives in face-to-face settings. Strong technical aptitude with understanding of SaaS/cloud solutions, APIs, infrastructure, security, and analytics. Ability to quickly learn and demonstrate complex technical products. Experience working collaboratively with sales engineers, business development reps, product managers, executives, and engineers. Familiarity with the DACH market and regional business practices. Remote work based in Germany required.
