Responsibilities
Lead international technology, IT, and AI due diligence projects for buy-side and sell-side transactions; assess IT architectures, infrastructure, scalability, cybersecurity, and AI maturity; identify risks, technical debt, and improvement opportunities; develop technology roadmaps and post-transaction strategies; collaborate with commercial, digital, and financial due diligence teams; present findings and strategic recommendations to C-level executives and investment committees; lead project teams and support team development; contribute to sales, pitching activities, and new service development; represent the firm in strategic client interactions.
Qualifications
Master's degree or MBA in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or related technical field; 7+ years of professional experience in technology due diligence, IT consulting, digital strategy, or technology M&A advisory; experience working with private equity firms or investors in transaction environments; deep knowledge of modern IT architectures, cloud environments, software development, and AI technologies; experience assessing IT service providers and technology vendors from technical and commercial perspectives; familiarity with ERP, CRM, and data platforms; strong analytical and conceptual skills with ability to translate technical findings into investment-relevant conclusions; excellent communication and presentation skills; strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; English fluency; German language skills are a plus.
