Responsibilities

Manage the entire sales process from handling Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) to deal closure. Develop and implement account plans to identify upsell, cross-sell, and new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including technical and business decision-makers. Accurately maintain CRM data and sales forecasts. Acquire in-depth knowledge of the company's platform to effectively communicate technical value to clients and coordinate with Solutions Architects when needed. Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, Legal, and Business Development to facilitate deal progress and excellent customer experience. Collect customer feedback to share with Product and Go-to-Market teams. Represent the company at industry events as required.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, IoT, or connectivity solutions. Proven success managing full sales cycle for SME accounts, including pipeline and forecast management. Demonstrated ability to convert SQLs to closed deals efficiently. Experience in account planning and sales scenario design. Skilled in engaging technical stakeholders and partnering with internal technical teams. Familiarity with multiple European markets including the UK. Proficient in business-level English; additional European languages are a plus. Comfortable working remotely and collaborating in a distributed international environment.
