Responsibilities
Support the Global Talent Acquisition team with recruiting initiatives and projects across countries and regions; assist in optimizing global recruitment processes, standards, applicant systems, and tools; help develop recruitment materials, communication activities, and employer branding initiatives; maintain and improve digital recruiting channels and career pages.
Qualifications
Enrolled university or college student in a relevant field such as Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Communication, or Marketing; strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding; good communication skills and ability to create clear and engaging content; proactive, structured, and independent working style with strong organizational and teamwork skills; confident use of MS Office; very good written and spoken English skills as the main communication language.
