Responsibilities
Support the creation and maintenance of end-to-end customer journey maps using qualitative and quantitative data; assist in service design and ideation workshops applying Design Thinking methodologies; prototype and visualize future customer journeys; support process mapping and documentation across the organization; contribute to standardizing processes to ensure consistency globally; maintain and update process libraries and documentation standards.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled student (at least 2nd year) in Business Administration, Management, Service Design, Marketing, or related field; strong interest in process standardization and simplifying complex workflows; ability to work with qualitative and quantitative customer data; proficient with digital collaboration tools such as Miro, Mural, or Lucidchart; detail-oriented with strong organizational skills; fluent in English with clear communication skills; affinity for the gastronomy and hospitality sector is a plus.
