Responsibilities
Manage daily receiving, storage, and issuance of finished goods ensuring inventory accuracy; perform putaway, bin location organization, and conduct regular stock counts; monitor inventory levels and report anomalies promptly; process B2B orders using warehouse management system covering printing, picking, and outbound shipment; ensure shipment accuracy and handle shipment exceptions; maintain inventory data alignment between system and physical stock; coordinate with after-sales team on inventory flow and returns; support supervisor with monthly stocktakes, bin optimization, and process improvements; assist with daily logistics carrier coordination including handling pickup exceptions and tracking updates.
Qualifications
1-3 years experience in warehouse, logistics or supply chain operations; familiarity with WMS and ERP systems, preferably with experience in YiCang (EC) system; experience in B2B order fulfillment and e-commerce shipment processes preferred; basic proficiency in Excel for data management; detail-oriented with strong ownership mindset; ability to identify and escalate inventory issues; organized and able to manage repetitive tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
