Responsibilities

Support day-to-day HR processes such as contracts, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, maintain HR systems and personnel data, assist with payroll preparation and HR compliance. Participate in recruitment activities including job posting, sourcing, candidate communication, and employer branding initiatives. Support training programs, onboarding sessions, internal workshops, and contribute to performance and talent management. Collaborate on strategic HR initiatives related to culture, engagement, diversity; support HR analytics and reporting; and lead independent HR projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. Strong interest and passion for People & Culture. Prior practical experience in HR (internships or working student roles) is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Structured, proactive, hands-on working style. Ability to work independently and as a member of an international team. Very good command of English; German language skills are advantageous.
