Responsibilities
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for targeted technical and operational roles. Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, outreach, and referrals. Review applications and conduct first-round screening calls. Coordinate and run interviews, advancing candidates efficiently. Partner with hiring managers to align on requirements and create shortlists. Maintain accurate ATS records and report on pipeline health. Manage candidate communication and experience throughout the process. Support HR initiatives such as onboarding as capacity allows.
Qualifications
Approximately 2-3 years of in-house recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-scaling tech environment. Proven success recruiting technical and engineering roles. Ability to manage multiple interviews daily and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced setting. Fluent in English.
