Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruiting processes for technical and commercial positions; proactively source and engage candidates through LinkedIn and other channels; coordinate and conduct interview procedures with hiring managers; maintain and update applicant tracking system and talent pipelines; build talent pools for critical roles; represent the company brand credibly to candidates; continuously enhance recruitment processes and documentation; support onboarding handovers and collaborate closely with the People team.
Qualifications
Proven full-cycle recruiting experience in tech and commercial sectors; strong operational skills and ability to manage multiple open roles concurrently; hands-on experience with Personio or similar applicant tracking systems; confident and professional communication with candidates and senior stakeholders; ability to work independently and drive processes forward; preferred background in defense, aerospace, or deep tech recruiting; startup experience is a plus; based in Munich or willing to relocate.
