Responsibilities

Build and execute sourcing strategies for technical and engineering roles across European defense programs. Identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, niche communities, and competitor mapping. Craft personalized and technically credible outreach messages. Pre-qualify candidates for right-to-work and security clearance eligibility before handover. Run structured talent mapping exercises and present findings. Maintain clean and up-to-date pipeline data in ATS and report on sourcing metrics. Partner with Talent Acquisition Business Partners and hiring managers to translate role requirements into candidate profiles. Continuously test new sourcing channels, tools, and messaging to improve outreach performance.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of sourcing experience with a focus on deep-tech, engineering, aerospace, or defense environments. Proven ability to engage passive technical talent demonstrated by response rates. Strong command of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean/X-ray search, and at least one modern sourcing tool. Genuine interest in complex engineering fields, supported by independent research. Familiarity with European hiring constraints including right-to-work, relocation, and basics of security clearance eligibility. Fluent in English; comfortable working remotely across Europe with willingness to travel. Experience with defense, aerospace, or dual-use technology hiring and knowledge of clearance frameworks is a plus. Experience in talent mapping or sourcing from non-traditional pools is advantageous.
