Responsibilities
Support preparation of sustainability training courses, webinars, and events; assist with participant management, data storage, and documentation; digitize and integrate training content; manage small internal projects; research and update documents and presentations; communicate with international participants and partners to assist with event registration; perform general office tasks such as correspondence and database maintenance; collect event feedback.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled student in event management, economics, business administration, sustainability, environmental management, or related discipline with availability for 16-20 hours per week for at least one year. Excellent English communication skills (C1+ written and spoken); knowledge of German and other languages is an advantage. High proficiency with MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Apple Mac systems. Strong affinity for IT platforms, initiative, proactive communication, service orientation, excellent time management, self-organization, and teamwork skills.
