Responsibilities
Support preparation of training courses and webinars, handle participant management, data storage, and documentation. Assist in digitalizing content and integrating it on designated platforms. Manage small internal projects such as events. Conduct research, develop and update documents and presentations. Communicate with international participants and business partners regarding event formats and registrations. Support general office tasks including correspondence and database maintenance to follow up on events and gather feedback.
Qualifications
Enrolled student in event management, economics, business administration, sustainability, environmental management, or related fields, available 16-20 hours per week for at least one year. Excellent English communication skills (minimum C1 level). German and other languages are advantageous. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) and Apple Mac systems. Affinity for IT processes and platforms. Proactive, service-oriented, reliable team player with excellent time management and self-organization skills.
