Responsibilities
Lead technical discovery, demonstrations, and validation of the AI-powered DevSecOps platform to address customer technical and business needs; drive technical evaluations including proofs of concept and workshops; collaborate with sales teams to develop account strategies and support customer acquisition and expansion; build strong relationships with technical and business stakeholders to guide transformation and foster advocacy; advise customers on software development, CI/CD, security, and cloud practices; relay customer feedback and insights to product and engineering teams; maintain and deepen technical knowledge; invest in personal growth and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in technical pre-sales, consulting, or related roles involving solution design and evaluation; proficiency with the software development lifecycle including modern DevSecOps and CI/CD workflows; hands-on experience with GitLab or similar source control and CI/CD platforms; practical knowledge of cloud concepts and technologies; experience leading technical evaluations and workshops; excellent communication and presentation skills tailored to both technical and business audiences; proven ability to build trusted customer relationships and advocate internally; strong motivation for continuous professional development and learning new technologies.
