Responsibilities
Act as the technical pre-sales contact for prospective customers, business partners, and sales team; translate customer requirements into product and solution proposals; present and demonstrate product capabilities; support customer meetings, workshops, proofs of concept, and projects; collaborate with Key Account Managers and partners on strategic sales; prepare and deliver technical training; support event execution including technical setup and demonstrations; provide technical input for sales and go-to-market activities; occasionally offer technical guidance to existing customers focused on solution adoption.
Qualifications
Relevant IT qualification with at least 3 years of experience in technical pre-sales, solution engineering, technical consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role; strong technical expertise in networking, storage, NAS, virtualization, and video surveillance; fluent in Serbian and/or Hungarian plus English (written and spoken); excellent presentation, communication, and consultative selling skills; ability to explain complex technical topics clearly; creative, flexible, proactive problem-solver; self-responsible and strategically minded; collaborative and friendly team player; based in or near Novi Sad with valid driving license and own vehicle for customer visits.
